• We accept Visa and MasterCard with a valid expiration date. An invalid expiration date will cancel your reservation.
  • To confirm your reservation, we require 50% of the total amount of your reserved stay in advance. For three nights or less, we require 100% of the total amount of your reserved stay.
  • If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • NO SHOW PENALTY: We regret that we cannot offer last-minute refunds in the case of inclement weather or plane/boat cancellations or delays. Therefore, we advise you to purchase travel insurance. Also, if you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date or if you check out prior to your reserved departure date, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay.
  • We regret that at this time, we have no accommodation for children under 12 years of age.
