Here at Heaven's Best Guest House and Restaurant we pride ourselves on professional service and culinary expertise in a nonsmoking non-alcoholic dining room. Our executive chef Heskeith Clarke has over 30 years experience in the ever-changing and flamboyant art of fine cuisine. Our focus is always to exceed our client's expectations. We are recognized for our personal service, fine foods and quality cuisine. We host any type of function by reservation only.
Heskeith & Evelyn Clarke established Heaven's Best Guest House & Restaurant as the current owners and operators on September 22, 2004. It is our vision to provide the most superior, home style, traditional island service while opening up the Guest House on a year-round basis and making available to the public the wonderful place known as Portsmouth Dominica. We want to ensure Heaven's Best Guest House & restaurant is a welcoming base from which to explore the truly magnificent sights and activities on the Island of Dominica.
